It was RESOLVED to ask Councillor Aves to ‘call in’ to Wiltshire Council and recommend refusal of the planning application on the grounds of over-development.

 

20/00237         Beefeater and Premier Inn, Beanacre Road – Proposed mounted and free standing signs (Adv)

                       

It was RESOLVED to ask Councillor Aves to ‘call in’ to Wiltshire Council and recommend refusal of the planning application on the grounds of over-intensive light pollution.

 

20/00647         22 Woodstock Gardens – Proposed demolition of existing garage and erection of new dwelling

 

It was RESOLVED to ask the Town Mayor, Councillor Hubbard, to ‘call in’ to Wiltshire Council and recommend refusal of the planning application on the grounds of over-development, the fact that the proposed development was not in keeping with the area and could also set a precedent for future development.

 

The Council made no comment to the following planning application as they were unable to view it the Wiltshire Council planning portal:
